Sales:
- Take ownership and grow sales territory in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas
- Travel extensively to build relationships with customers to become their Service and/or Lubrication Body dealer of choice.
- Work with customers to spec desired build and determine if stock will fit or if a new order is needed
- Work with Waters team and body supplier to order sold/stock bodies
- Create and fill in all appropriate sales paperwork
- Collect or set up collection of deposits for sales
- Support existing customers through coordination of parts and service.
Qualifications:
- Industry knowledge and experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in outside sales and relationship-based selling.
- Self-motivated, organized and independent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships through earning trust.
