Location: Candidates must live in the Greater Kansas City area or willing to relocate. No office here, but most of their clients will be local to KC. Will also cover come smaller territories such as ND, SD and MO

The Territory Sales Representative is crucial in driving our company's growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on a specific business segment, ensuring that sales targets and revenue generation are met and exceeded. By building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, the Territory Sales Representative will be instrumental in establishing our brand as a leader in the Cable and Pipe Seals industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth across a defined territory by managing and expanding strategic accounts within power generation, renewables, and energy infrastructure. Partner with EPCs and key stakeholders to position solutions across transmission, substations, HVDC, solar, wind, and BESS projects. Own full sales cycle including pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy. Build relationships with decision-makers, deliver technical presentations, and implement value-based selling.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or comparable work experience
- Candidates must have experience selling technical products into EPCs, IOUS, Power Gen or Renewable Energy Companies.
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales preferred.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in time and travel management
- Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
