Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative for hydraulic and industrial hoses to manage and grow the Miami-Dade territory. This field-based role involves developing new business, re-engaging existing customers, and providing solutions to meet hose and fitting needs.

• Develop prospects and expand accounts within the territory
• Build strong relationships to become a trusted supplier
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service
• Drive revenue growth and maximize territory potential

Requirements: 5+ years sales experience in fluid power or industrial products, knowledge of hoses and fittings, experience with industrial or construction clients, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and bilingual in English/Spanish.

Territory & Travel: Based in Miami-Dade with local travel.

Compensation & Benefits: $65K–$75K base salary + uncapped commission, car allowance, full benefits, and bonus incentives.
