    We are seeking an ambitious and relationship‑driven Territory Manager to join our team and support the growth of our urology portfolio across Northern Poland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in clinical environments, understands the dynamics of medical device sales, and enjoys building long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

    Sales Territory: Pomeranian, Warmian‑Masurian, Podlaskie, Northern Masovian, and ódzkie Voivodeships

    Your responsibilities

    Your Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
    • Promote and sell medical products within the assigned region
    • Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers
    • Manage the full sales cycle with existing clients
    • Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations
    • Present products to medical staff, including support during clinical procedures
    • Deliver training sessions on device operation for healthcare personnel
    • Support the organization of conferences, workshops, and customer training events
    • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
    • Install medical devices at customer sites as part of post‑sales support

    Your qualification

    What We Expect From You

    • Higher education (medical, technical, or related fields preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a diagnostic or operating environment with medical equipment
    • Proven track record in medical device sales
    • Solid understanding of the medical market, especially in urology, gynecology, or surgery
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
    • Proactive, customer‑focused mindset
    • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong technical aptitude
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • High level of independence, initiative, and engagement
    • Good command of English, both spoken and written
    • Category B driving license, driving long distance
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the region
