$70K–$80K base salary + uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $120K)

Are you a technically minded sales professional who thrives on autonomy, builds strong client relationships, and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty?

Our client, a growing global leader in industrial labeling, coding, and marking systems, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. This is a key regional role for someone who enjoys full-cycle selling, on-site demos, and providing solutions to manufacturing customers, especially in the food and beverage sector.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development and manage a portfolio of industrial accounts across the region

  • Present solutions and demonstrate equipment in production environments

  • Consult with customers on technical needs and packaging workflows

  • Prepare quotes, follow up, and close deals independently

  • Maintain client relationships and support long-term account growth

  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed 


What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or technical client service experience in capital equipment, manufacturing machinery, packaging, or related industries

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and executive-level stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial production lines

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on the road

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car and air as needed

  • Must live within 50 miles of Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport

  • Dedicated space to store and maintain demo equipment 


Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with barcoding, labeling, printing, or packaging equipment

  • Background in technical sales or field service looking to move into sales
