Job Details

This is a true hunter sales role focused on prospecting, developing new business opportunities, and closing recurring service contracts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record in outside B2B sales, exceptional closing skills, and the ability to thrive independently in a field-based environment.
Operating within a recession-resistant, compliance-driven industry, this position offers significant earning potential, recurring revenue opportunities, and autonomy to build and grow a territory.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $110,000–$115,000+
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Additional earnings opportunities for top performers

Commission Structure
  • 10% commission on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) after reaching $5,000/month
  • 15% quarterly bonus after achieving $15,000
  • Performance accelerator: 40% additional commission on high-performance tier achievements

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across:

o Restaurants
o Hotels
o Healthcare facilities
o Educational institutions
o Government facilities
o Commercial and industrial kitchens
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess customer needs and pricing requirements
  • Present solutions and close long-term recurring service agreements
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in closing new business
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable conducting site inspections and using ladders when necessary
