Territory Sales Manager – Hospitality and Residential(Tampa)

Our client, a global leader in wellness and fitness innovation, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their Tampa-based Health & Residential (H&R) vertical. This field-focused role combines new business development with strategic account management, selling high-end wellness solutions to residential buyers and health-conscious clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business while managing and growing existing accounts

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

• Conduct in-person client visits and demos

• Present products and tailored solutions to mid- and senior-level decision-makers

• Execute strategic territory plans to exceed revenue and activity targets

• Deliver high-quality CRM documentation and pipeline management (Salesforce preferred)

• Maintain a pulse on market trends and share insights internally

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales or territory management experience

• Track record of success in long-cycle, consultative sales

• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience with executive stakeholders

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

• Passion for fitness or wellness is strongly preferred
