We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and account development, for a top client in the construction industry. This role focuses on selling modular space and container solutions while building strong customer relationships across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across containers, modular structures, and value-added solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Manage a high-volume sales cycle by balancing outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and ongoing account development to maintain a strong pipeline
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication, needs assessment, and tailored solution recommendations
Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of outbound prospecting or high-volume transactional sales experience, ideally within leasing or consultative sales environments
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage pipelines, reporting, and forecasting
Salary: $50-55K base + UNCAPPED Commission - paid monthly
Guaranteed Commission: $9K paid at end of 1st quarter and $7,500 paid at end of 2nd quarter.
