Join Skyline Elite as a Territory Sales Associate and take ownership of the Fort Myers region for our AT&T campaign. The Territory Sales Associate duty will be to drive market penetration through strategic field-based initiatives, positioning AT&T's premier wireless, internet, and entertainment services.
As a Territory Sales Associate, you will be entrusted with the revenue growth and market saturation of your assigned territory. This Territory Sales Associate role requires a disciplined approach to regional management and a sophisticated ability to present the value of AT&T's complete service lineup.
Core Functions of the Territory Sales Associate
- Build and execute a territory-specific sales strategy focused on high-potential zones and aligned with AT&T’s wireless, fiber, and entertainment campaigns.
- Present AT&T’s full product suite—including mobile plans, fiber internet, home phone, and streaming services—through structured outreach and localized engagement efforts.
- Acquire new customers through strategic canvassing, referrals, and community-focused marketing initiatives, meticulously documenting all outreach activities and conversion statistics.
- Utilize CRM for documenting customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates, aiding campaign performance and territory reporting.
- Analyze territory performance data to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Work with internal teams to resolve service issues, refine messaging, and ensure consistent execution throughout AT&T’s service lifecycle.
Education & Experience Needed for the Territory Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred to support strategic outreach and territory planning.
- Proven experience in sales, territory management, or client relations, ideally within telecom, technology, or service-based industries.
- Strong with the ability to explain technical products and service options clearly to customers.
