TERRITORY MANAGER
We are hiring a Territory Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives and deliver territory sales objectives on volume, revenue and incentive performance. This person will be expected to actively coach, develop, and hold your team accountable to clear standards of execution. You will need to build capability in areas such as preparation, account coverage, planning and organization.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver territory sales performance and be accountable to all sales objectives
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of:
    • Account coverage
    • Selling priorities
    • Program execution
    • Reporting discipline
  • Ride with reps in-market to coach and improve performance
  • Build and manage key account relationships
  • Use data and reporting to drive decisions and accountability
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in wine & spirits sales (management experience preferred)
  • A strong coach who can lead and hold a team accountable
  • Familiarity with selling to both on & off premise channels of the business
  • Someone who is organized, detail oriented and disciplined
  • A high-accountability and ownership mindset
  • A person with strong communication skills and leadership tendencies
  • Someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
 
Additional Details
  • Territory-based role with some regional travel required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
