Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Territory Manager for a Direct Hire with a client in Dalton, PA (Remote). The ideal candidate is a self-motivated Territory Sales professional with healthcare sales experience and a proven track record of growing revenue through new business development and account management within hospitals, IDNs, or healthcare facilities. Experience selling clinical, medical, or healthcare solutions to nursing, supply chain, and executive stakeholders, along with strong relationship-building, presentation, and territory management skills, is highly preferred.

Salary Range: $48K/Yearly to $50K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Territory Manager Job Responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share by managing and growing healthcare accounts within an assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers at facility and IDN levels.

  • Present, demonstrate, and propose product solutions that address customer storage and transportation needs.

  • Identify and penetrate new accounts using strong networking and prospecting skills.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, quoting, and updating sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams to deliver customer-focused, value-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; healthcare sales experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and deliver solution-based selling.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
