Seeking a Retail Account Executive to help expand a POS platform into convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
- Use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts within assigned territories.
- Conduct demos, develop tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signing.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and leverage CRM tools to track activities.
- Understand market competition and position offerings effectively.
Requirements: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, proven sales success, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to travel 25%+, and reside near the market.
Preferred: Retail operations experience and familiarity with AI tools.
The role offers a total targeted cash compensation of $115,000-$185,000, including base, commission, and bonuses, with uncapped commissions and benefits.
