Termite Technician – Prime Pest and Lawn

Position Overview:
As a Lawn and Pest Technician, you'll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.
Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support.
Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.
Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.
Qualifications:
Must be fully licensed in Termite control in the state of Texas (licensed in New Mexico is also preferred).
1+ years of Termite Control Technician service (preferred).
Valid driver's license (must meet insurance standards).
21+ years old and eligible for state termite licensing (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
$17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities
