We’re looking for a Termite Repair Technician to provide high-quality wood repair services for customers impacted by termites or other wood-destroying organisms. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems on-site.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect and assess termite and wood-destroying organism damage
- Perform termite-related wood repairs at customer properties
- Communicate clearly with customers, termite inspectors, and management
- Complete appointments on time and with professionalism
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment
- Follow all safety, chemical, and company procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on termite repair or construction-style work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
- Willingness to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and on ladders
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License- 5 years driving experience required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- General Pest Control Applicator License – preferred, not required
Work Environment
- Majority of work performed at customer properties
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Work at heights, confined spaces, and uneven surfaces
