Job Description
Team Bug Out Pest Control is hiring an experienced Pest Control Technician / Termite Specialist to support our growing residential service business in the Louisville metro area.
This role includes:
- Residential pest control services
- WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections and reports
- Termite treatments (baiting systems and liquid applications)
- Customer education and communication
Our Approach (Read This First)
This is not a high-volume, “run 15 stops a day” type of position.
We focus on:
- thorough inspections
- clear communication with clients
- recommending the right solution—not the fastest one
If you take pride in your work and enjoy educating customers, you’ll do well here.
If you prefer to move quickly from job to job with minimal interaction, this likely won’t be a good fit.

Requirements
- Active Kentucky 7A license
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with WDI inspections and reporting
- Experience with termite treatments (baiting and/or liquid)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Indiana 7A / 7B license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
