Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Finance, Legal, Mentoring, Professional Services, Training/Teaching
This is a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Finance, starting in the 2026-2027 academic year, located in South Orange.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate finance courses
- Mentoring students in the CFA Research Challenge and advising finance majors
- Contributing to departmental, school, university, and professional service activities
- Engaging actively in recruitment, student support, and academic program development on campus
Qualifications include:
- A graduate degree in finance or related field from an accredited institution
- Effective teaching skills or strong potential
- Ability to interact well with students, faculty, and industry professionals
- Commitment to collegiality, student well-being, and academic excellence
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in industry, with certifications such as CFA or CFP preferred
- Record of collaboration, recruitment, mentoring, and supporting job placement
