Tenure Track Special Education Teacher - Elementary School
We are seeking a tenure track Special Education Teacher for the elementary school level. The successful candidate will provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student achievement.
Responsibilities include delivering differentiated instruction aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards, monitoring student progress, implementing appropriate accommodations and modifications, and supporting students' academic, social, and behavioral development.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of special education practices, effective classroom management, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate should hold a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) AND either P-3 or K-6 cert.
Salary is commensurate with commensurate with experience.
