SUMMARY
Northline Seafoods is seeking an experienced and motivated Tender Offload Manager to support our team during the 2026 Bristol Bay salmon season, primarily from mid-June through mid-August. Pre-season work in Bellingham, Washington may also be required prior to the Alaska season. This role will have a strong focus on pumping salmon and managing the cargo deck to ensure efficient tender offloads and support overall production goals. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for candidates who bring a true all-hands-on-deck mindset. This role is based aboard a stationary floating processing facility anchored near Dillingham, Alaska.
Travel Requirement: As of May 7, 2025, a REAL ID-compliant identification is required for domestic air travel, including flights to Alaska. Candidates must meet this requirement prior to hire.

This job operates primarily aboard a stationary floating processing facility anchored near Dillingham, AK. and at the dock in Bellingham, WA. This role routinely uses equipment common in transferring and moving cargo including cranes, lines, slings, spreader bars, etc. Additionally, this position will require advanced knowledge of fish pump setup and maintenance. Employees must be able to stand, walk and generally navigate a wet and cold barge environment for long periods of time. Employees must be able to navigate tight spaces and climb multiple flights of stairs without assistance. Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Employees will be exposed to various weather conditions.
