Our client is a high-end commercial property hosting financial sector tenants in a prestigious location. They are looking to add a Tenant Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and service requests, manage lease administration, and support property management efforts to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Coordinator:
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and amenities program execution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and property inspections.
  • Assist with lease management, including administration, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines in tenant interactions.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and service issues promptly.
  • Support move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare monthly reports on tenant service activities.
  • Collaborate with accounting, legal, and other teams to provide cohesive tenant services.
  • Support property management in improving tenant satisfaction and retention.
Required Experience/Skills for the Tenant Coordinator:
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in customer service and tenant relations.
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, Nexus, or Cove.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law.
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Tenant Coordinator:
  • Real estate experience preferred, especially for temporary-to-hire consideration and ease of coverage.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
