Maintenance Manager – Call Center Operations (Trailer Maintenance)

Overview
We're hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead our call center maintenance team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, coach team members, manage breakdown events, and ensure top-tier customer service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with call center leadership experience and a background in trailer or fleet maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily call center operations (scheduling, performance, KPIs)
- Lead and support a team through coaching, training, and development
- Handle major breakdown events and escalated customer issues
- Partner with sales and field maintenance teams to support key accounts
- Monitor and improve vendor performance and relationships
- Analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, managing a repair facility
- Background in fleet maintenance, truck and trailer systems repair, or technical service environments
- Trailer maintenance experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, phones, and dispatch systems
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily seated role with frequent computer and phone use
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.)
