Job Summary
Under the direction of the Technology Services Supervisor, the Technology Support Technician will provide Tier 1/2 hardware, software, and network support to users of computer information systems and resources. The Technology Support Technician will provide daily on-site technical support to district sites, employees, and students. As necessary, the Technology Support Technician II will research or troubleshoot solutions to basic and complex technology issues. This role is primarily field based and will require accurate and detailed ticket tracking for optimal efficiency. This is a mid-level position requiring a robust understanding of technology.
