Recruiter (Temporary, Hybrid - based in Central CT)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will focus on recruiting support, including candidate screening, coordination, and partnership with hiring teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Review resumes and employment applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews and scheduling with assigned departments
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support hiring needs
Manage a high volume of open requisitions across various departments
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System
Stay compliant with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required
Clinical or healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
