The UAA Division of Population Health Sciences Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies is hiring for a Temporary Project Coordinator to support their grant work. This part-time position will support the grant project through communication, coordination, and documentation of grantee collaboration meetings and trainings and assist the leadership team in carrying out project TA activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience communicating professionally with internal and external partners. Experience with coordinating large groups for meetings and trainings is preferred. A successful candidate will have administrative office experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Varies according to project requirements and level of position to be filled:
Administrative Professional 1: Bachelor's degree in related field and two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Administrative Professional 2: Bachelor's degree in related field and five years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Administrative Professional 3: Master's degree in related field and five years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Administrative Professional 4: Master's degree in related field and seven years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details:
This is a part-time, temporary staff position based on funding availability. New hires will be placed on the Temporary Salary Table, and the rate is determined based on education and experience.
