Temporary People Operations Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary People Operations Coordinator to support our client's HR team in Rancho Bernardo for a 2-3 month contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with HR systems is preferred. A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail is essential.
This is a fully onsite role in Rancho Bernardo, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the People Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks during a 2-3 month contract assignment
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system entry
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Perform data entry and audits within the HRIS system
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and assist with calendar management
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support
Assist with reporting, file management, and document organization
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and projects
Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed
Qualifications:
1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Onsite work schedule
Compensation: $25.00-$31.00 per hour DOE
Located in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego
2-3 month contract role
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
