The family oriented City Parks team is hiring Temporary/Seasonal Maintenance staff who want to be part of the Clean & Green Jacksonville team and learn to use the tools of the trade. You as a candidate, will be trained in the use of equipment and tools for assignments in Parks landscaping, maintenance and repair. This seasonal position is a great opportunity to learn some life skills, test out a new career path or bring your knowledge and skills to the team. The position is open to ages 18+ and well suited for those seeking to enter the workforce after High School, home from college, or those looking for part time work to supplement their income. Work is performed under regular supervision and in a team environment. The City has many parks and green spaces where you can earn some income and enjoy the outdoors.

The salary posted is the full hourly range for this position. The starting hourly rate is expected to be in the range of $15.06 - $19.57 hourly depending on qualifications.
