Our client in New Kensington, PA is looking for a Temporary Order Entry/Accounting Assistant to join their team.

- Recommends products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
- Consults with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Assist the quote/proposal development for items within manufacture to print product line and other areas
- Receives all incoming job orders. Enters orders into ERP system and distributes accordingly
- Works directly with customers, as well as customer service/sales to resolve order entry issues
- Physical inventory/fixed asset inventory
- Learn more and assist with ERP implementation




- Graduated/interest in business, accounting, operations, or ERP system experience/exposure
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- Open to current college students or recent graduates
