West Sound Workforce is helping employers across Kitsap, Pierce, and the Olympic Peninsula find dependable On-Call and Temporary Event Staff for the busy summer season. These roles support a variety of events, from community gatherings to large-scale productions, offering flexible, project-based schedules and the chance to be part of exciting, fast-paced environments.

Reporting to event supervisors and site leads, these roles provide hands-on support across multiple event functions, from setup and teardown to cleaning and production assistance. Shift Information:

• Shifts will vary based on event schedules and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assignments may be short-term, same-day, or multi-day depending on event needs.

Available Roles:

Janitorial and Cleaning Crew

Maintain cleanliness of event spaces before, during, and after events; manage waste removal; restock supplies; support restroom and common area upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Event Setup & Breakdown Crew (General Labor)

Assist with chair and table setup; tenting; basic event layout; loading and unloading equipment; and general site support to ensure smooth event execution.

Stagehands (Skilled Event Crew)

Support concert and production staging, including assembling and dismantling stages; assisting with rigging as applicable; and working alongside production teams in fast-paced environments.

What We Are Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to accept on-call or short-notice assignments
• Prior event, labor, janitorial, or production experience preferred but not required for all roles
• For stagehand assignments; familiarity with tools, staging, or live event production is strongly preferred
