Medical Office Assistant - Temporary | $25-$27/hr | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to support the closure of a medical practice in Laguna Hills, CA. This is a temporary assignment, ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare administration who can bring professionalism, organization, and empathy for a seamless transition process.

  • Employment Type: Temporary (1-3 months)
  • Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Laguna Hills, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support administrative operations related to medical practice closure activities
  • Assist with patient notifications, including phone calls and written communication
  • Coordinate and facilitate medical records transitions and requests
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
  • Manage patient inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance during the transition
  • Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain organized records, files, and tracking systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support operational wrap-up

Qualifications
