Position Overview

International Motors is hiring motivated Material Handlers at both entry-level and experienced levels. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity starting in May, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support team success by taking on additional tasks and contributing wherever needed

  • Execute end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring products are picked, packed, and prepared with precision

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or stock chasers to safely and efficiently move inventory

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through real-time data entry for binning, picking, and order tracking

  • Champion a safety-first culture, consistently following all facility guidelines and best practices

  • Deliver exceptional service by working as part of a high-performing team to ensure every order is handled quickly and accurately

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

  • Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time

  • Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs

  • Ability to read and follow instructions

  • Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. This position offers competitive hourly pay along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing. Starting Pay: $17.74 per hour.
