Temporary Compliance Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Chesterfield

Contract: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Compliance Administrator to join our Recruitment and People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced people function.

You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance standards, reviewing candidate documentation, analysing recruitment data, and ensuring all employment checks are completed accurately and in line with company and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate candidate compliance documentation.
  • Analyse recruitment and compliance data, identifying discrepancies and trends.
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records across internal systems.
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance queries.
  • Produce reports and assist with data audits where required.
  • Ensure compliance processes are followed consistently and confidentially.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience within HR, recruitment or compliance administration.
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and pre-employment checks.
  • Experience working with HR or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR.
