Temporary AR Clerk

LHH Recruitment is supporting a company in Albuquerque, NM who is in search of a temporary AR clerk to support a leave. This role is expected to last 4-6 week and is fully onsite. The hourly rate is up to $25/hr.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, stay organized, and help support the accounting team with day-to-day AR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process and post customer payments accurately
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on past due accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare AR reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
