Minimum Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and representational communication skills; strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel in and out of state.
- Recent UNC Charlotte graduate with a strong knowledge of University programs including student services and academics.
Duties and Responsibilities- Travel extensively in North Carolina, South Carolina and other out of state target markets.
- Counsel and advise prospective first-year and transfer students on admissions requirements, policies, and procedures on location or virtually, via phone and email.
- Work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Assist with targeted recruitment activities.
- Assist with admissions events.
Other Work/Responsibilities- Vehicle will be provided for all travel.
- Professional training and career development opportunities.

If they average 30 or more hours per week over a designated measurement period, they will be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan and will be notified of instructions.
