Acute Care, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Clinical Monitoring, Financial Analysis, Leadership, Maintain Compliance, Metrics, Regulations, Speech and Language Pathology
- Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and
direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.
Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for
high-acuity patients.
Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to
optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance
metrics.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility
regulations.
RequirementDescription: - 1 year of SLP experience - [Required]
- Experience in a leadership
role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting. -[Required] - Knowledge of PDPM - [Required]
