As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer) [required]
- Active Iowa license at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
- Driver s License [document] [required]
- Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography / ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International / CCI certification [required]
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer / RDCS certification and Registered Vascular Technologist / RVT certification - [required]
