What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with physicians to implement patient care plans for OB/GYN patients
- Provide bedside care and execute medical orders accurately
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, and other support staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years experience in OB/GYN or Women's Health nursing
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
