What Youll Do:
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions according to physician orders
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Monitor patient respiratory status and report changes to healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Assist with ventilator management and advanced airway techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
- Current Michigan Respiratory Therapist license (RRT credential preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care or hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
