What Youll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to rehabilitation and medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and independence
- Take on leadership roles when needed, including potential backup charge nurse responsibilities
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR system
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
- Manage patient loads, typically 1 to 4/5 patients per nurse
What You Need
Required:- Valid Vermont RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience in Med/Surg or Rehabilitation settings
Preferred:- Experience with Cerner EMR system
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to community settings
