What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to rehabilitation and medical-surgical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and independence
• Take on leadership roles when needed, including potential backup charge nurse responsibilities
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR system
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
• Manage patient loads, typically 1 to 4/5 patients per nurse

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Vermont RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience in Med/Surg or Rehabilitation settings

Preferred:

• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to community settings
