Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Proven experience in circulating OR procedures
- Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certified perioperative nurse (CNOR) credential
- Prior experience in a similar hospital or surgical center setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a circulating nurse in the OR
Other Requirements:
- Must hold all required medical and professional certifications
- Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
