What Youll Do:
- Provide direct patient care on Med Surg and Telemetry units during night shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing age-specific criteria
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care strategies
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
- Assist in training and supervising non-RN staff, including LPNs and PCTs
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
- Contribute to a positive environment focused on patient recovery and safety
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
