What Youll Do
- Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg unit
- Monitor and assess patients and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and perform required nursing interventions per care plans
- Collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Support daily unit workflow and patient handoffs
- Participate in required onboarding, including 8-hour non-billable orientation
What You Need
Required
- Active RN licensure
- Agency Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) included up front with Berkshire Health System nursing submissions
- Ability to meet facility requirements for temporary staffing assignments
- Compliance with assignment scheduling expectations (and any time-off noted/verified as required at upload)
Preferred
- Med Surg experience (Med Surg specialty requested)
- Experience working with Med Surg patient ratios (typically 1:6, per unit description)
