What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents of a long-term care facility during night shifts
- Assist staff nurses with treatment and care planning in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor residents conditions and respond to urgent needs promptly
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and care activities accurately
- Promote patient and family-centered care, ensuring a positive experience
- Follow facility policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient well-being
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Michigan RN license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Preferred:
- Experience working night shifts
- Strong communication and team skills
