Required Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts license as RN, OT, PT, SLP, or Pharmacist
- Proven experience in lactation support and counseling
- Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to formulate interdisciplinary plans of care
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in lactation consultancy (e.g., IBCLC)
- Prior experience coordinating clinical programs or interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures related to lactation and maternal health
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in maternal/newborn care or lactation consulting
- Previous experience working in hospital settings or outpatient clinics
Other Requirements:
- Must mesh with Berkshire Health Systems travel and licensing policiesNO residents within 50 miles of the facility
- Upload current certifications and licensure documents upfront; no pendings accepted
- Include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license with your application
- Ability to travel to Pittsfield, MA starting 05/04/2026
- Willingness to work days, with availability for holiday and overtime as needed
- RTO requests to be submitted upfront; no late requests or more than 5 days off
