Required Skills:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in intensive care, preferably in a CVICU setting
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergent situations
- Adherence to patient safety standards and infection control protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual capabilities
- Experience with advanced cardiovascular monitoring devices
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Prior experience working night shifts
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU or CVICU nursing experience
Other Requirements:
- Certification in relevant specialties preferred
- Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
- Flexibility to work scheduled start date of 05/07/2026
- Reliable transportation and ability to comply with all credentialing and licensing requirements
