Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
- Prior experience in behavioral health, mental health, or psychiatric settings

Nice to Have Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:

Other Requirements:
- Must maintain current CPR and Crisis Prevention certification
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to shift rotations
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude
