What Youll Do
- Assess patients mental health needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide compassionate inpatient care to individuals experiencing behavioral health issues
- Supervise and support licensed and non-licensed staff, offering clinical guidance and leadership
- Document all patient interactions clearly and according to policy standards
- Monitor patient safety, reporting any risks to the medical team
- Assist with patient and family education, discharge planning, and milieu management
- Uphold professional standards and promote a recovery-oriented, person-centered environment
What You Need
- Valid Michigan RN license
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work evening shifts and collaborate within a team
- Prior experience in behavioral health care preferred but not required
