What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical function disorders and wounds
  • Implement rehabilitation procedures including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes
  • Support patient and family education regarding treatment and recovery
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes
  • Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as needed
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and clinical standards

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid MA Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in LTC or related setting
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to perform manual therapy, wound care, and assistive device support

Preferred:
  • Experience supervising support staff or students
  • Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards in LTC
