Required Skills:
- Valid and current Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, wound care, and physical therapy assessments
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans based on regulatory and clinical standards
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records systems
- Ability to evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Familiarity with assistive devices and therapeutic modalities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Long Term Care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of DME procurement and supply management
- Ability to supervise and support rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings is preferred
- Demonstrated competence in clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration

- Professional liability insurance (if required)
- Willingness to adhere to APTA standards, ethical practices, and state regulations
- Ability to work days shifts in Ada, OK, with reliable transportation available
