We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Graphic Designer to support our client's visual communication needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and be comfortable working within brand, accessibility, and compliance standards typical of public-sector organizations.
*3-month temporary assignment
*29 hours weekly within 8A-5P timeframe
*Hybrid potential in Atlanta, GA (3 remote +2 onsite)
*2 weeks of training fully onsite
*Pay $20
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, signage, social media graphics, web assets, and informational materials
Ensure all designs align with branding standards, style guides, and accessibility requirements
Collaborate with communications, public affairs, and program teams to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling graphics
Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital-ready files to specifications
Revise and update existing materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a structured approval environment
Maintain organized design files and documentation for audit and record-keeping purposes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting government, public sector, non-profit, or highly regulated organizations
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for both print and digital formats
Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of basic web or digital design principles
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional, compliance-driven environment with structured review processes
Ability to pass background checks or security clearances if required
