Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Long Term Care in Worcester, MA | $38.86/hr | Days Shift

What You’ll Do:
  • Support rehabilitation interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
  • Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and the use of assistive devices
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists
  • Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions
  • Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
  • Follow all regulatory and clinical practice standards, including NBCOT/AOTA guidelines

What You Need:
  • Active State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and documentation requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
