What Youll Do:- Support rehabilitation interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
- Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and the use of assistive devices
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists
- Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Follow all regulatory and clinical practice standards, including NBCOT/AOTA guidelines
What You Need:- Active State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
