Temp Level 1- Computer Lab Support Technician

To provide additional support to full-time computer lab technicians and enhance both in person and online customer service to students during open lab hours.

Essential Functions

60% - Assists students with hardware, software, and instructional questions pertaining to college related activities.

Provides customer service in person, by phone, and online.

20% - Schedules and proctors exams while providing support to the testing services unit of the computer lab

10% - Troubleshoots hardware/software issues and escalates as necessary

10% - Works on special projects, such as MOS exams scheduling and proctoring, and other duties as assigned
